Inc. was established in 1983 to assist vessel owners in documenting and
licensing their boats.
Dona Jenkins has more than 20 years
experience as a U.S. Coast Guard document service employee, as well as owner
operator of her own documentation services company.

- Procurement of abstract of title from the U.S.
Coast Guard
- Check for outstanding liens and other
encumbrances
- Completion of vessel documentation with the
U.S. Coast Guard
- Registration of vessel with the California
Department of Motor Vehicles
- Issuance of Mexican recreational boat
permits
- Mexican boat clearance paperwork
- Processing of all U.S. Coast Guard forms
including preferred mortgages provided by lenders
